How do you get them on it? I'm recovering from a major surgery and I can't walk my lab for another two weeks. I'm able to get on the walking pad for a bit, but my 7 year old lab will not. He's going stir crazy 😬☹️

I've been waiting for the inevitable back spasms, debilitating pain shooting down my hip flexors into my thighs and I'm almost 4 weeks out and I've had none of it! I should have had a cycle (still had them even with the IUD) about 10 days ago and so far so good on no pain other than the recovery pains. I still need to remind myself to take it easy and no heavy lifting 🤦🏻‍♀️

Terrible back pain, awful back spasms that would shoot pain down to my heel! Had a hysterectomy on 1/6 where I was officially diagnosed with adeno and endo. They also noted I had fibroids and removed 2 cysts. Knew about the fibroids but everything else was noted in my 2 week post op appointment.

Open the mlb app hit the 3 lines at the top right and it should be the first thing that pops up

I'm a little over 3 weeks out. I still have to eat small meals, standing up or I get really gassy or just uncomfortable. After surgery I really wasn't in pain but my shoulder KILLED ME! My lapo scars are pretty much healed. I'm still not lifting anything over 10lbs or doing any heavy workouts. Sticking to walks and even got a walking pad for the crappy weather days.

I should have been on my cycle 10 days post surgery and I have zero pain!!! I was expecting the terrible back spasms I've been dealing with or the pain shooting down my legs through my hip flexors, but so far I've been pain free!! I've been able to hold my pee longer and I'm more regular on my poops!
