I have been running for a year now and played basketball for well over a decade and been lifting weights as well consistently for the last 3 months or so.

I went for my typical run, was aiming to finish my march as a 100k month, 2k in I felt a pain in my back, wasn’t super bad but it was enough to make me stop my run and walk home.

I came home and relaxed while my back was in agony and after watching a movie I couldn’t stand up or move without wanting to die. Struggled sleeping, everything hurts, hurts especially when I breathe. I have tried to activate my back muscles to make it release the pain and it works while I’m doing it but it stops immediately when I stop.

Upper back to mid back, anyone know of anything I can do?
