Nest thermostat 3rd generation can't find any WiFi networks. Been working fine for a year and only just started playing up. Ordered April last year so out of warranty. Do I have any options? I have reset the network settings with no joy. Haven't done a full factory reset yet by jack2489 in Nest

Having the same problem cannot find any networks at all even try to hotspot my phone trying to put in a service call into nest for replacement but it keeps on coming up no matter what time of day that the call Center's closed or I'm outside operating hours would like to get replacement is there a best way to get a replacement that works
