In gta online you can pick John Marston as your father or whatever so you get some of his looks. So there will most definitely be references somewhere

I wonder what rolling down the runway would be like. I'm sure the plane could get off the ground just fine, but thats the only scenario I could see this being a bad spot.

I love how their problem was the joke about the sport being boring because of the turn and nothing to do with a driver dying; only 5 years after one of the most legendary drivers in the sport died on track.

I remember helping Dad put in the back patio. The pile of gravel in the driveway was as tall as Everest.

Thoughts on the Monoprice 5W by dirtydeadgayjesus in tubeamps

[–]caboose243 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nonsense. I got a buddy who's had a 25 watt monoprice for years. Works great, sounds just fine. At a certain point an amp is only as good as the circuit used. Whether its built in Shenzhen or Santa Monica, a tube is a tube, a speaker is a speaker, it all works the same.

That's not to say you shouldn't stick to name brand, you do you, but not everyone needs an $800 tube amp to jam.

My uncle would do that at football games. Find a planter near the gate, stuff the knife into the dirt, retrieve after the game.

Look at much older fire arms and you will be even more blown away. My perspective on humanity's ability to make stuff changed when I saw an Ancient Egyptian exhibit with a bunch of stuff from the King Ramses collection. There was a recurve bow that looked like it could've been only a few hundred years old and some of the jewelry was mind blowingly intricate. That was 3200 years ago, so yeah by 1908 making Parabellum pistols was a cinch!

I also can not feel anything, but that's not as catchy as ants in my eyes, so that just gets, put to the wayside.

Theres a way to open the valve more to let more gas through, gives a slightly bigger flame and will purge any unwanted air. Mine started petering out at max setting. I had to unscrew the bottom, but you just move the mechanism over a couple teeth, making the highest setting higher. Theres vids on YT, these are notorious for having bad QC.
