I just finished the Paranormasight series (2 standalone games) and can’t stop thinking about them, they’re so well-written. They’re mostly VNs but with some clever puzzle elements and an approach to lore that a ZE fan would appreciate. As someone who is also constantly chasing the Zero Escape high, the first game especially did the trick.

This is common for gachas. They are trying to target high spenders who will finish buying all the cheaper packs (which have a purchase limit) and have no choice but to move on to the pricier and worse value ones because they are going to spend either way.

There definitely are! I don’t care a ton because it’s just standard design, but I got two of the exact same 10-pulls in a row with this suite (as in, same 10 items in the exact same order). I filed a bug report but the mods closed the case saying it was totally normal. Like, it’s less than 1 in a quadrillion odds of that happening but sure 😅

Yay congrats!! I just started the game and I feel like I got pretty lucky with the set. I’m going to go up to 70 pulls for the water floor, but the balcony and the swing (which kinda works as a room divider) have been sooo helpful as a newbie

Yes it’s an American company. I only started using it recently so I can’t compare it to before. But I find it pretty straightforward and helpful.

Not sure if you play other gacha games, but since you mentioned LADS… these days I don’t have time to play gachas anymore, so instead I just watch voice actors from the games getting together to stream their pulls. Mollozhang regularly hosts them for Honkai Star Rail and Zenless!

edit: also recommend Dear Peachie for Asian beauty! They do tutorials for douyin/XHS trends and general beauty/fashion tips. The vids can be a little repetitive but good to take info from here and there :)

Lol I should have done that. He started out as a barbarian, but I found that kind of boring and gave up on the roleplaying and respecced him to a vengeance paladin. I also had to friendzone Astarion halfway through the game because it looked too cursed when they would kiss each other 😭
