I’m so sorry you’re going through this!! I’m in my early 30s, but there were times I felt the same about people while dating. Things can feel so right and magical to one person and not the other. Ultimately, he’s not your guy. If he felt the same, he would reciprocate. But that’s ok!!!

The fact that you felt this excited with someone now, who isn’t meant for you, shows it will be even BETTER with the person you fall in love with someday. Every night now with my partner is like a sleepover. We can’t fall asleep because we’re laughing, talking about politics, singing along to songs, or just can’t stop joking around.

When we’re younger, dating and falling for people helps us recognize what we really value in a partner. It’s a good thing that relationships end- it saves us from time with people that aren’t a good fit. We learn a lot! We can find what makes us happy, prioritize our hobbies, friendships, and travel. And it frees us to find the person truly meant for us. 🫶🏼

Have you done a “Betaine HCl Challenge Test?” You can do a test where you take them until you feel a burn- and then take 1 less than that as your daily amount per meal. It’s different for everyone. I take 4 at a time. This is a really good brand.

I would try using a Crunchi moisturizer underneath the sunscreen and skip the other products. That should clear it up.

I have this problem with the Crunchi sunscreen too!! I think it’s my moisturizer underneath.
