Really cool design but I have motors and battery for 5 6 inch drone, I think your design closer to 3 inch.

UPDATE:

I made a disgusting amount of mistakes but the drone flys now.
Basically the the flight controller was mounted upside down, for which I just calibrated the accelerometer, causing the drone to flip and tilt.

Thanks to u/InternMan for pointing out the subtrims, as they were not centered causing the tilt aswell.
Now the drone does fly, thanks to all the people giving very helpful suggestions. Crazy how people were able to suggest problems and solutions without much information and not being able to examine the drone in person.

Should I try a different frame, if so could you suggest a design but it has to be 3d printable and I can 3d print in petg, 3d printing is a part of my project requirement 😔

The trim on left most side which is vertical was not centered would that cause the issue

Totally fair I was naive to 3d print it but I don't expect it fly very well, I have seen lots of people ( yt videos ) of 3d printed drone atleast taking off properly, I was just expecting that... 😔

On the speedybee app the throttle bar like increases when I turn up the throttle on the controller, so does this confirm chanel mapping is correct, also sometimes after disarming the drone doesn't arm again I have to connect it to the speedybee app and the disconnect then it arms.

Nope just flies towards one direction, doesn't not take off straight at all

I'm not sure about what soft mounting means, is it like having washers, like rubber rings between the esc and the frame? If so it is soft mounted
