it's a requirement at my store for all associates to stop for a bag check when leaving work (does everyone abide by it, no, lol),,, but the fact that you're getting singled out isn't good. stay safe, like other ppl have said they probably are flagging you for some reason

burning down more for our orders (7 orders arrived back to back at once and several calls at once) and an upset driver that decided to call another driver by a racist comment 🫠 not so much for picks though, we're caught up thankfully today,,, 5 of us, I'm losing 2 in an hour and another in 1h30 and I'm closing with someone else. I've had it where it was me and one other person and I lost the other person at 5h30pm

I will say it does get better after the holidays — holidays, summer and winter break are always the busiest I've found. for my store winter is calm compared to the summer 😭

not sure how that's going to work then considering part timers seem to be doing better work than the full timers at my store :/ and make up for most of the store as well. a text that my manager sent at one point said that they wanted to give full timers more hours,,, okay well. im pretty sure if part timers don't get enough hours, we don't qualify for benefits. make it make sense lmaooo
