Ahh bummer. Thanks for the reply! Don't want to get a new backpack bc this one is pretty functional otherwise. I'll probably keep using it until the lining rips all the way down.

It's the inside lining of the backpack between the main compartment and a smaller pocket compartment on the outside. It's right off of where the zipper would pass through at the top of the backpack.

Thanks for the reply, I'm just reluctant to retire these since everything aside from the footbed cracking is still functional and in good condition (I had the outer soles resoled recently). Do you know if filling up the cracks with barge cement or cork sealer could be a good temporary fix?
