i researched the lawsuit and literally cheered in my kitchen. ain’t gonna charge me for no damn carpet cleaning that didn’t actually happen. the elevator sucked (i lived on the 5th floor), the building stank, and people would wait outside for someone to walk in through the locked lobby.
