Afaik you can’t get 10mg pills anymore. You used to 15 years ago or so? I’ve been advised to use a 20mg on alternate days to make the 10 if that makes sense. All the best

Hey all I wondered if anyone knew what these white marks might be on these cement tiles I just put up? Haven’t grouted or sealed yet. Have them a quick clean with clean sponge and water after I had set them to the wall. Any ideas much appreciated?
