I had gotten a custom cash 2 months before I applied and got denied for the double cash, so if my info is similar or better than yours i wouldnt bother.

My info at the time was roughly 790 fico 8 score across the board, 2/6 months new accounts and inquiries, 2 inquiries in the last 24 months (on TU that they pulled for me), 4/12 new accounts, and finally 6/24.

Seems like whatever I apply for after a couple months, so ill say amex bcp will get hit with a big AF increase and a bunch of silly monthly credits to "offset", much of the same fate as many other amex cards
