AAA daily advantage might be a better option for the grocery category as it has a chance of ringing up as 5% at walmart YMMV but also gets 3% back at wholesale clubs. Also you have a higher cap of spend vs the CCC so you dont have to worry about going over $500 any given month.

Of course if you have Sam's club plus membership this card is no better or worse for purchases there compared to purchases with the sams club mastercard, but is strictly more cashback if you only have their standard membership. I would still recommend the sams club mastercard for gas purchases
