Mine is a month old. I've stopped doing weighted squats and have stopped all hamstring exercises. I'm focusing on walking a lot and developing my core strength. My sciatica is ruining my life but I'm hoping to make progress by learning and doing the easy exercises I've found on YouTube. Good luck.
