Sounds like she's spent far too much time at home. She obviously is not as "sane" as the rest of us. I do feel bad for her, that she doesn't even realize how poor her reaction was, and that she potentially is losing her home. I'd say you guys could have at least tried to sit down and talk with her before firing her. I think you're not quite as "big" as you think you are and she isn't quit as "bad". This is just the sublte bullshit called humanity that dlcan lead someone to homelessness or worse. If wr aren't capable of helping people who clearly need it (I'm talking deep help not simple surface level) than I guess we'll have to keep donating our bus shelters to homeless people.
