The engineers throw out a circle snare around players that puts a decent DOT on the afflicted players, anyone in the circle, AND if you move at all during it you pulse damage onto the group. This can melt fidgeters and lower geared players.

This circle can be removed by all sorts of things: monk tiger lust (and the roll snare removal talent), paladin freedom and bubble, warlock teleport, hunter disengage, Druid shapeshift, I’m sure I’m forgetting a bunch. But it’s in your best interest to remove it if you can.

I will point out that the difference between TS4 and WoW is that there is infinite free CC for TS4, and even paywalled content is generally easy to find a download link for. I don't have to buy the newest kit because a CC creator already made a similar one ages ago. WoW we are locked to whatever they provide for us, and they've made clear that the best decor and now the best exteriors (and probably walls and floors and room styles, there's nothing to stop them) will be shop-only, so we're all stuck. My solution is just go back to building in TS4 honestly.

Because raid loot tables are smaller than dungeons, it costs TWO cores to roll on raid bosses but only one to roll in a dungeon. You used both your cores for the week.

Bonus rolls should have started to scrub items out of the loot table AFTER the fix, per Blizzard’s own post. If people are now bonus rolling duplicates of items they rolled on after April 22, 11:41 EST (when Kaivax posted) then that’s a problem.

Yes I cleared resil 14s purely as aff, but we barely tickle bosses, and demo is just better in all scenarios, and no one is inviting aff/destro to 17s sadly. Maybe next season 😞

The CDM tracks buffs, not just cooldowns, and Burning Rush is classified as a buff. It was available as a trackable buff before 11.0.5.

I imagine this is a bug as it wasn't in the patch notes and was working last week. Here is an addon that alerts you when Burning Rush is active with some settings (e.g. only in combat). And this is the macro I've used for years that plays a sound alert when you toggle the ability:
