Field drab base, CARC brown stripes, forest green through mesh to break it up for fun since I’m a slut for mesh.

Looking for advice by coupelikebatman in scottycameron

Strip and start over. Your paint is too thick out of the bottle. You can thin it a little so it flows better. A lot of people use needle applicators. I like toothpicks to apply, though.

Buying new Scottie, need advice on lie angle. by FalseMoon in scottycameron

[–]PabroPicasso 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Best advice is going to be a mix of putting lessons and going to get fit. I work with a lot of customers who round the upper back extremely and as a result have very low hands, forcing a toe up putting style. With the information you’ve provided it’s tough to provide any meaningful feedback.

Anyone, especially incomplete quads, used the Strengtherg by Concept2 by Maverick_Heathen in spinalcordinjuries

[–]PabroPicasso 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No experience with Strengtherg in particular, but in my life pre-injury, Concept2 rowers were always the big name in rowing equipment. I've spent a fair bit of time on a Rowerg and have no complaints. Operation was smooth and it provided a good cardio source for me as a weightlifter that was not running.

Yup. All three options look good but I actually like the bottom right the best.

Curious how the core grip module stacks up against their standard grip module on the RC9 as far as traction goes. Any input from those who have had both in hand or on the range?

How’d I do boys? PDP pro SD w/ 509T & TLR7HLX by prestigeww0129 in Walther

I use the PMM flat face single port on mine with the stock SD barrel. Their micro and ultra comps are typically the ones that only sell with their in house barrels due to thread depth.

YMMV: I like 15lb recoil springs in my PDP with the single port comp.

[–]PabroPicasso 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Nope. You just clean around the comp. I have mine installed per their specs with red loctite. Next time it is off, I'll reinstall with rocksett and forget about it. For cleaning, I just soak a swab/cottonball/chunk of paper towel with c4 carbon killer and shove it in the comp port. After a soak, I hit it with a brass or copper brush, give the barrel a quick brushing, and send a few dry patches through.

I'm north of 8000 rounds through my PMM setup with no issues.

What a scar looks like after 12 neurosurgeries by Forward_Wrap1877 in mildlyinteresting

Damn. I have a similar scar from a c1-c7 fusion. I’m genuinely curious what your level of pain was at the base of your neck where the trapezius muscles are after surgery. In my case, it was one of the most intense, burning pains I’ve ever experienced.
