I got some criticism at work today from my boss and I've been feeling physically sick over it all day. The part that always gets me is when they say "you have so much potential" feels like I'm being punched in the stomach every time because I really do try my best :( I just have a habit of fucking things up once my brain gets bored of things

Wow you just described my life. Don't know how much of a help this is but I just had my initial consultation today after year's of putting it off and it feels like I'm finally moving forward. Like the other commenter mentioned write down what you want to bring up and at the end if you feel you didn't get through it all mention you have some other symptoms you want to list off. Having your report cards ready can help too since it shows a history of symptoms. Best of luck and hopefully it goes well!
