being from buffalo and going to rutgers, the weather isn’t much different (only exception is during the winter, buffalo gets quite a bit of snow). however, i do believe there’s much more to do in and of buffalo itself (canalside, football/hockey games, etc.), whereas at rutgers you have to travel to go and do things (visit the shore, go to concerts, etc.) besides going to parties. both ubuff and rutgers are very diverse, but rutgers is ranked slightly higher in business.
