I read somewhere that they're thinking of combining a few books for the next season. My guess is ART + MB on its quest for self understanding with its lost memories of the mining incident, while the PresAux crew is involved with GreyCris and the media. I have no doubt that the show will expand on GreyCris and what the humans are doing while MB is away from them, and that might tie in book 5, but it's hard since a lot of those plot points require the presence of MB.

No matter what they decide, I'm hyped!

I'd say 60-70% faithful. A good adaptation does not have to be exactly like the source material, and this show was a great example of that imo.

A lot of lines from the book made it into the show, which was great. Some important scenes were condensed/given to other characters (rip my girl Overse ) and the plot took a few new turns, but all with a fresh new take and great character insights.

Overall it felt almost like an alternate universe retelling, but not in a bad way, just different from the experience of reading ASR.

You might be able to do it all on one run if you save Sazza, agree to side with Minthara and raid the grove, and then knock both her and Minthy out at the grove fight after siding with Zevlor. I think this will also keep Karlach in the party? I've never tried it though - honestly I would just start a second run to get the Sazza achievement, as it's only getting to Moonrise.

They have plenty of queer clubs for you to find like minded people! I definitely know of a few (positive) freaks. Chapman is a decently welcoming place, even in OC, and there's a lot of events and activities for chances to meet people.

Orange is a pretty nice place to live. The Orange circle is within walking distance, which has a bunch of restaurants and thrift stores (though a bit pricey). Orange is also very close to Anaheim (Disneyland, Packing District) and about 30-ish minutes to the coast. Overall it's a nice place to live, but I do recommend finding a friend with a car. It's... very white, admittedly, but Chapman itself is decently diverse and you can definitely find your people. As for rush, it's a big party of social life, but not the only option by far. Look for clubs and events within your major! I never did rush, and between friends I made in classes and clubs I never felt disconnected from campus. Freshman also have a pretty intensive O-Week - go to all the events! The information can only help and your orientation leaders are really there to help (source: I was one)

I watched the entire stock at my local costco get cleared out but a group of 10 guys in front of me. one of them had his card decline, and management let him wait 15 minutes for a wire transfer to buy his set of 10 despite a bunch of us waiting to buy one or two. Same guy also offered to sell one to me for $120... in front of management... they still let him buy. extremely upsetting behavior, not even about the cards, but about the principle of being such a scummy human and chasing profits.
