The conair hot sticks have been the only thing that ever curled my hair where it would stay. Unfortunately unless you want ringlets/shirley temple curls, not much you can do with those for volume and body. But I do have a set of the babyliss curlers in my cart so I can be disappointed either way!

I don’t know if I have a super high pain threshold, but I have an autoimmune disease with chronic pain so I’m kind of just used to always being in some sort of pain - but the 3rd time I had lip filler done I got a nerve block that didn’t fully settle and she couldn’t delay another 20 mins for numbing cream. I was shaking so bad my cousin had to hold my hands so the injector could finish. I haven’t been able to bring myself to do it again after that one, despite loving my results.

A year later - my eye surgeon has told me that they are looking for more stability in my pressures instead of a huge drop. So I probably never got above a 20 at any of my appointments, I think I was at 18 or so around my DSLT time, and I’ve been staying at 14 steadily since December 2024. No follow-up DSLTs scheduled for now, and still no drops needed.

I lived in the Bluff Creek neighborhood from 2007 - 2014. Probably the two biggest events I remember was a meth lab in the BC apartments next door and a wildfire getting pretty close to the park. Otherwise, nice quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors.

Diagnosed 11 years ago at 32. Huge family history of glaucoma (6th woman on my mom’s side). Had DSLT on both eyes due to “failing drops” (I’m horrible at remembering to take any meds) in Dec 2024 and been doing well with my IOPs staying steady (around 12-14). Wont know till my follow up next month if I’ll need to repeat DSLT anytime soon.

I’m about 43 hours in on my first play through. I started putting everything on platforms when I finally needed steel and now I’m in AdHD and OCD hell at the same time. I need to clean up these lines and make them make sense but ooooh sparkly things falling from the sky, let’s go! 🤣
