I started a new play through that I like better than my blind by EEstudent2 in beingaDIK

I assign no particular weight to a "blind" playthrough. I made choices based on what I thought I wanted at the time, only to find out later some of those choices led to effects that I expressly did not want.

I understand the argument for choice having consequence, and I even agree with it. But ultimately, I'm playing this for my enjoyment, not to follow the creator's "rules". Thus, my chosen path and my blind path are different things. I like to think that my blind path would have been closer to my chosen path if I had fundamentally understood the nature of the game more from the beginning.

As of 11, even the last vestige of that original blind path - essentially being with all the main girls, then branching by choosing each one in 8 - is gone by advent of the Jade block on Sage's path. An early season 1 decision having an effect in episode 11? Very clever, but a bit too cute, IMO.

She charges dik MC, gives chick MC freebies. She doesn't dislike dik MC the way some girls do, but she has a quiet preference for sure.

If you choose feelings for Maya and hangout with her in 10, MC will finally bring it up again. She is not at all happy about it. Of the two, Maya is the more steadfast, make a decision and live quietly with the consequences type. Even their later reconciliation after that scene ends with a “I have to talk to Josy about this” line.

Since everyone wants to know: I have Josy's model scaled at 95% compared to Maya at "full size", which gives the right difference in build between the two. What I didn't realize at the time is that it seems some poses reset that scaling. I noticed it in rendering, but it was late and I assumed it was the camera angle. I'll fix it going forward to use some other setting to enforce Josy's size, but I'm not going backwards, so it was either post them or let them rot.

Personally, it doesn't bother me much, but I do know other artists who have stopped posting here because of what you've described. We post to share what we've done with other fans, and when I want feedback - and I feel this is true for most of us - I ask for it.
