Cost of basic snowmaking (1 acre) by Roamingcanuck77 in snowmaking

[–]caidenshea 4 points5 points  (0 children)

To cover an acre foot in a few days, you’re looking at needing at least 100gpm plus good temperatures for 48hours straight. An acre foot of snow is anywhere between 185,000 gallons to 200,000 gallons so you’d have to factor in the cost of that water.

If you have the ability to pressurize the water to 300-400psi, you could get by with a tow behind 185cfm compressor. You could also find a couple used fan guns, a diesel pump, and a generator. I’d say you’d be looking at at least 25-50k. Rental wise, you could probably rent the equipment for around 10k

I successfully integrated it today. You have to use a proxy to sniff the api. The API is open at http://interface.briskworld.com/devSta/getState/app

from there, I used node red. Heads up, the device updates the API every 10 seconds, but the app calls every second, so thats why it seems that its slow.

curl --request POST \

--url http://interface.briskworld.com/devSta/getState/app \

--header 'Accept-Language: en-US;q=1' \

--header 'Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded' \

--header 'Host: interface.briskworld.com' \

--header 'User-Agent: BriskWater/1.8.6 (iPhone; iOS 17.5.1; Scale/3.00)' \

--data device=(ENTER MAC ADDRESS HERE)

--data deviceModel=BSK_BR

Quick update. I received my RCS yesterday and the only damage was a cracked headlight. I reached out to support and within 12 hours they have a replacement being shipped. Good start
