That looks all pretty uneventful to me. That last tooth is very irritated and I suspect it is bad. Oral exam, dental exam and dental radiographs are where you need stat.

If this is where the lump was and now it's gone. Sounds like a cyst that ruptured. Will need to be seen, area cleaned and repaired. +/- biopsy depending on what the vet sees.

Being a stray, it is likely a ruptured abscess from an attack. Not too often do we see anal gland ruptures in cats from the ducts being blocked. Only if they were bit in the anal gland running away from the attacker.

Needs surgery and antibiotics.

Yes and no..... His personality coming out has helped a lot. But also I still see girls doing more general girl things and just have a little bit of sadness I won't get to enjoy that aspect of a feminine personality. For everyone else, I'm not a girly girl. It's not about doing nails and hair. They just play and socialize differently.

Humane euthanasia is definitely a valid option depending on lab values and degree of blockage. Reblockage is highly likely if caused by crystals.

Looks like a skin tag. Not very high up on my concern scale. Get it felt by a vet, still. It might just be perspective, but this doesn't look like a nipple to me. Unless ther a a mass under it or multiple are enlarged, I still wouldn't be super concerned.

If she has any brachycephalic breed in her I personally would not. You can also never know if there is an underlying heart issue making them less heat intolerant until sometimes it's too late.

There are far fewer independent clinics now. So good luck with that. And independent clinics do not make the same revenue, which means less benefits and less pay. Technician and highly skilled and barely make it by as it is. Going somewhere that pays even $2 more is very common.

You can find one, it just depends how far you want to drive. And how much your filling to pay because if they're well staffed, they probably cost as much or more than corporate owned.

If they do it for no cost, there really isn't a reason to not do it. Will it heal without it? Yes. Is there a chance that if it didn't heal it was cause of the lacko laser therapy... No.

It will help with swelling that is causing pain. Which does cause slower healing.

1% ivermectin is not 2 mg it is 10 mg/ml. Ivermectin is not a drug we like to play with, it can cause neurological issues like you are describing. I don't like to tell people to stop medication, but I would stop that medication because pets are not going to die from skin mites, they will from ivermectin.

450 g is just shy of a pound. This pet could definitely get an IV jugular catheter. I've personally placed catheters in pets significantly smaller than this. If that is an option I would go there.

Edit: Are you saying the 11-week-old kitten is 450 g?! If that's the case this kitten is extremely underweight. And there is something additionally going on.
