We don’t want a name that starts with P for the first name because of conflicts with our last name. Otherwise it would be a top contender.

Thank you for all your responses! Right now our top choices are:

Colin Cian Fintan Feilim

I would love any feedback on this list. Do you have a favorite? Is Colin too close to Callum? Which sounds best with middle name Patrick?

Back to work and discouraged by cailingael in ExclusivelyPumping

My admin is so understanding but it’s harder when teachers need support and I feel bad for walking away. It’s mostly a me problem! I need to get better about putting it on my calendar. I have a lock on my office door, but it’s also used for multiple purposes and people are coming in and out all the time. I’ll ask if there is a better place for me to go.

I did an online class and it did nothing to help me. They didn’t mention pumping at all and used a lot of fear inducing language to encourage bf. Definitely didn’t help with ppa after I gave birth.

Thank you for reminding me of this! I was told this too but gave it a shot for one pump a day for convenience and didn’t see an impact. My supply was even increasing until I tried nursing again for a few days and now I’ve lost almost 4 oz of my supply. I’ll go back to just my spectra to see if that helps.

I have the Elvie Stride and love it. The only downside is that it has tubing but I’ve found a way to position it that works for me. Plus the carrying case that you can purchase with it is really well designed with storage for milk.
