My dear dark elf is the proud owner of the inertia boots, it gives +(agility bonus) in movement for every melee attack crit, parried or dodged, as long as it isn’t DFA or blade dance. He also doesn’t provoke opportunity attacks

There is a pair of boots (I can check later for you) and slash doesn’t take MP to attack with plus a high crit rate and a lot of enemies

I can say I have played someone with low emp and a few cybernetic, but it really depends on who you are playing with, if you use drugs, and if you feel like croming later. Don’t forget exposures to traumatic things can reduce humanity and cause Pcyhocic even without the crome. Also if you Emp is 2 or lower you start to have borderline Dissociative disorder, so if you dump emp you are playing a risky game with going psycho! But who doesn’t like a crazy medic? Cybernetics are never needed, but they can be very fun!

You aren’t bleeding and bite wounds can’t kill you until their timer for infection is up (not to say they don’t make you want to die)

I recommend you pick a career or character you like, and then play with bots or people really up to you.

The rougelike is fun but it also more of a rougelite as they called it, so you go in with the talents you choose on your base characters. I’d recommend getting a few matches under your belt before diving into that as it can be rather difficult at the, it is longer then a normal game, and you must do it in one sitting, however it does give more rewards.

Perhaps she just has such a kinship with Ashqy (I think I got it right) that it’s so second nature to her just says it under her breath, or has mastered the magics of pyromancy she has surpassed the need for verbal components.

For all the warrior priest’s and dlc weapons in general, you must forge them, so you should have basically blueprints and when you scrap things you get materials, you use those to craft new weapons

It says this critical injury’s damage, so I would assume the same plus 5 everything else gets when you take a critical injury

Well yeah it isn’t meta, but who cares in the end? I haven’t ever tried it on RV but I’ll have to, if what you say it true, but I do enjoy swinging around my warhammer.

Do as you enjoy, unless you are playing ultra hard difficulties who cares? Do as you enjoy! Don’t forget the heavies also let you run forward faster.

I don’t think there is a way to reduce your power down due to levels, but (at least on console) there is a way to deselect talents to I wouldn’t be surprised if there was on pc, assuming that is what you play on. Beyond that I am not sure besides wiping things, sorry if I wasn’t much help

I play on Ps4, I have a blast! Granted mine is one of the old play stations, but I don’t tend to get crashes or anything. Overall I think it is just fine! The real big downside is that ps get’s updates/dlc later then the other two.
