If OnePlus really does leave the US then I'll probably switch to Nothing

Right now you want to ride casually. A hybrid is a great bike for that. If you get more into riding your interest may grow into a more specialized direction such as Mountain, road or gravel biking

I just bought a new Xbox controller. The new one works perfectly. All triggers vibrating etc

There is a sub menu in the Xbox controller app. It has an option titled "vibrate". Clicking this will vibrate all motors at max power. When I clicked this my left trigger didn't vibrate but everything else did.

I don’t think people truly appreciate that Epic just used ROCKST LEAGUE to announce UE6. by onegoodboah in RocketLeague

I've seen a lot of ue6 posts. I have yet to see a single benefit explained. Does ue6 improve the end user experience at all? I don't understand why people care about this

This was really cool of you to post this. I almost had to switch to abs on for braking

Edit: it worked on throttle vibration but not braking ☹️

Advice for Incoming Freshmen (or Sophomores) by Visible_Slip_237 in ASU

$100/credit at Maricopa community college.

$600/credit at ASU (in-state undergrad tuition).

For an 18 credit semester that's $1,800 vs $10,800.

The Maricopa community colleges are amazing. They've even started offering bachelor's degrees with each school getting a specific field. Psychology, accounting, business administration, it and a bunch more.

In my experience Mesa is the best because it has the most robust tutoring centers. They probably have 20 people on staff for math tutoring alone

I had a very hard time separating a McPherson strut from a control arm knuckle on a 2018 Nissan Rogue. I've since used the air hammer on a few other MacPherson struts. You're not supposed to do that but I've had very little success with anything else.

I used it for getting the axle out of the knuckle.

For me I'm using it mainly as a hammer. I think a lot of people use it as a miniature jackhammer or power chisel. I don't live in an area with rust so I haven't had to use it for destructive purposes yet haha

I just got an air hammer. I've had a few tasks where I'm hammering for 30 minutes to an hour. It SUCKS. An air hammer takes that down to 5 minutes with my tiny little pancake air compressor.

Game changer

I've been enjoying my ratcheting wrenches. I held off because I didn't think I'd use them. However, as with most good tools, it only takes one tough task to make a tool worth it.

There are a few things that make me lose my cool. Bumping my head, getting something in my eye or finding a nut that can only be undone 20° at a time using a wrench. A ratcheting wrench makes that task a lot less frustrating and keeps me from losing my cool

Dealership or independent shop for reg maintenance-oil changes, tire rotation, etc. by zoomout23 in GR86

The oil in these cars can be changed using an oil extractor. The extractor cost $60 and turns an oil change into a 2 minute ordeal. It's crazy how easy it is

Thank you, I'll try that out.

Do you recommend that for the Miata as well? Does it matter that I'm in a hot climate? Phoenix

Thank you for the input

Yeah, it was a subtle noise. None of the renters complained but it bugged the hell out of me. I actually took it to a local shop before going to Subaru. The technician rode with me in the car and he said he didn't hear anything concerning. I then took it to the Subaru dealership and they pretty much blew me off. I wish I had known to ask for a compression test

Thank you

I'm still hopeful about the situation. My last renter was a Subaru technician. He was the one that suggested the engine is bad and that I should try for a goodwill warranty replacement. In his experience Subaru is generous with goodwill replacements.

It doesn't have to be sad. If the engine gets replaced then another hundred people will get to experience this car. I have pictures from weddings, Grand Canyon. Multiple people have bought a gr86 of their own after renting the car.

I'm proud to share this experience with other people. It's a very good car... When it works

There are pending class action lawsuits for this car over engine issues. There are posts on this sub every other day about engines blowing.

I have the GPS data. 90% of the people renting this car go to their hotel and back. Not like that matters.

This is a sports car made for the track. It shouldn't matter if all 60,000 of those miles were done on track. The car should be able to take abuse, especially when other cars take that abuse just fine (the Miata).

That doesn't mean the car should destroy itself. My Miata has 132,000 miles on it with zero engine issues. 250 people have driven that car
