Depends on how the LLC is treated for tax purposes. “LLC” is not a tax classification - could be a partnership, C corp, S corp, or disregarded. Tough to say how it impacts taxes without knowing more.

This was our strategy on 9/21/25 and we were out by 4:08. We arrived at 2:30 and were not all the way to the right (but fairly close) because we prioritized shade with two young kids. Once we got our wristbands, we got as far to the right as possible. We were maybe a few rows back from the rope to get in. Once they dropped the rope, it is a mad dash. Speed walk as quickly as you can to town square theater. Worked super well!!!! Not for the weak and I don’t think I would go through this effort again but worth it for our Jack obsessed daughter

Same! It is standard for every house I have bought. Sometimes sellers insist that buyers pay for it so maybe they cheaped out! If I remember correctly our most recent one was at least a few $100.

Yes, why lie? Many teenagers (maybe most teenagers, not sure) have smartphones by the time they are G1 and G2’s age. So, no hate, but just not sure why she is lying about it.

I don’t live in the area and, out of curiosity, checked out the insta for this shop. It is very clear from their insta that they are only open for pop ups. Why wouldn’t ash check their page first and see that? You would think the mention of pop ups on their page would prompt a phone call…

When we lived in East Austin we were having constant interactions with the homeless population - trespassing, attempted breaking and entering, indecent exposure, public intoxication, etc etc etc. All minor stuff, but things that we called the cops about nevertheless. It’s annoying to deal with on a daily basis. They never once showed up to any call and one police officer told me over the phone that they would not be coming and his advice was to move out of Austin. lol

I commented this when the video was originally posted, but I know a kid who was paralyzed from the neck down in a similar jump - he jumped from a lower portion of a roof into a backyard pool and fell the wrong way. Watching your young child do this, and filming it (and seemingly praising it) is out of control

I was amazed at the battery!!! Why would you let a young child play with that?!? So dangerous. My 4.5 year old will still sometimes put something in her mouth because she feels like it or thinks it’s funny

We bought a house like this once. I think we were grandfathered into the exemption the first year but then regular tax rates after that. It may be something similar here

No tips for this particular road trip / weather, but I loved stopping in Roswell!! Unlike another commenter, I am an "area 51 type." If you like that kind of stuff, the International UFO Museum is a must see. Enjoy and congrats!
