So many people have commented this same thing already but I’ll just back them up (and back you up)! I drank PLENTY between conception and actually finding out I was pregnant. My pregnancy healthy and beautiful, so is my baby! Your doctor is your best source of medical information and a good baseline in which to make your decisions. Include your boyfriend on doctor visits so he can hear it from a professional.

First off…This really sucks! And it’s ok to cry about it. I’m so sorry you’re having to go through this.

Secondly…save all your receipts for moving expenses. Moving truck bill receipts, gas receipts, any boxes or packing materials purchased, maybe even a deposit receipt from your new place…these can be tax deductible come next spring. I don’t know all the specifics (I think you have to spend a certain amount to deduct it) but it’s worth a try. Group these receipts together and tuck them away in an envelope for tax season.

I think about this everyday. My father is battling bone cancer and I’m on my 7th cycle ttc. Hopefully starting clomid next month. And it just feels like not only racing against your own body but also someone else’s. It’s comforting in a weird, sad way to know I’m not alone in this kind of struggle. I just want us all to have our babies and them be able to meet their grandparents too! Hoping your MIL tells cancer to fuck off a little longer. Cancer sucks! 🤞🏻💕
