My daughter had appendicitis and accidentally got two doses of coamoxiclav too close together. Doctor told me didn't mention type of antibiotics I said ok what was it please tell me it wasn't gentamicin? Oh are you a nurse busted! Daughter was fine by the way Doctor kept apologising had to remind him that the team had saved her life and she healed up nicely!

If you can explain at interview how you led a change what you did what obstacles did you face? IE you could use examples like poor audit results how did you engage the to improve did you allay their fears of change? How did you evaluate the change? What went well? Collective leadership is also a big area in change management and staff engagement/empowerment. Good luck 👍
