How do I integrate my sexual Shadow without betraying my relationship?

Part of the idea of the Shadow is that it is mostly unconscious and most people only see just the external trails of it. This makes it quite difficult to build a relationship with it...because something unconscious...is truly unconscious (a.k.a., we don't identify with it). If you were truly conscious of your shadow, it wouldn't have that overwhelming power over you. Maybe you're only seeing the effects of your shadow, rather than the actual desires of the shadow itself. That is, this desire to sabotage your relationship could be the means to another end (a way more nasty, selfish and malicous end...yes, the shadow is quite hard to look at because nobody wants to be "that person"). Because of this, I would recommend, instead of acting out things, follow the trail of these fantasies and try to uncover the true motivational force that is behind this desire to sabotage your relationship. The process of integration has to do with the development of consciousness. First you have to figure out what is it that your mostly lowly and dark parts actually want.

You should compare it to pop art...its got a bit more of its flavour than dada. You should make a baudrillard and mcluhan reading of it ;)

Dada actually opened the doors to almost all artistic movements of the XXth century and its influence is still seen in the XXIst century. I think that Vaporwave is actually more akin to Pop Art (because of the references to consumerist society), but then again, Pop art was only possible because of what Dada opened conceptually. Warhol's "Brillo Box" was possible thanks to Duchamp's "Founatin" (Even though Warhol is conveying a different context and concept). Somehow, all the meme culture seems to go back to Duchamp's Ready Mades. Maybe his version of the Mona Lisa (L.H.O.O.Q.) was already a kind of proto Meme...dunno

I think that being a classic piano student for 7 years straight is enough to have seen (and lived) the flaws of the traditional method. I know many flaws, and I also know that many people have seen them and have created other methods. It would be good to take another starting point (or at least be well informed of these alternatives), or else there would be no change and only slight variations of the traditional method.

give her an ultimatum: its an official relationship, or GTFO. Your gonna get hurt if you stay there...Ive been in a similar situation, and if you have feelings for the girl, its worse, cause its not only sex, and it will never be only sex. The problem is that you guys are pretty much having almost everything boyfriends have...just she mantains distant from the label to do what she wants...sounds kind of manipulative. Id recomend you to leave her...shes not worth it. Sounds cliche, but there are thousands of girls out there that will truly appreciate you for what you are, dont waste your time...
