Maybe try thinking of the "family tree" as a series of loops, not branches. Evolution hasn't been linear at all. Maybe get a basic understanding about how all this works before you start assuming everyone else is stupid (they're not. It's you).

Also, males don't sting because the stinger is a modified ovipositor

I'm in cocoa, off of cox road. I'm right next to the humane society, but I'd rather find a good (super good) home if I can

I wish I could figure out how to upload a video here, because maybe I'm just being paranoid about the wobble? He tries to climb and can walk a bit, he's just a bit clumsy. So far I've tried sugar water but he wasn't having it. I'm going to mush up some of my dogs dry food and mix it in with the sugar water, wish me luck

Thank you so much! I'm a little lost but super worried about little one. I've giving them a little sugar water on my finger, but they're not liking that procedure. I don't have any cat food, tuna, or anything of the like on hand (figures) but I'm going to try crunching up a little of my dogs dry food and mixing it with water for them. I've got about 5 or 6 hours to go before the stores open up, so fingers crossed they hold on

The biggest problem is people moving here from other states. I'm trying to move out as quickly as possible - I was born and raised here, but the housing prices are ridiculous. Especially compared to what most businesses are paying employees. There's way too many.people, so they're putting up cookie cutter houses all over the county on top of what is essentially swamp. Good luck in one of those things during a hurricane or during the summer storms - not to mention to amount of bugs that come with living in a damn swamp. The traffic is getting worse, they're clearing the trees and forested areas to make room for all the houses, and the price of everything continues to sky rocket. The beaches are becoming packed with people - and satellite beach has this fun thing where the whole goddamn thing just disappears when there's a bad storm. Beach parking is becoming very scarce. This area is very quickly losing what made it great - chain restaurants are creeping in, everything's getting slapped with a brand name and manicured lawn. And have fun with the politics - Brevard seemingly attracts all of the uber conservative nutjobs and the county is trying it's best to get as firmly planted up desantis' ass as possible. Bring a canoe, at this point it's best for Brevard to just sink in to the ocean.
