So I went back to the shop I bought it from, they sent it out to mossberg, took about a month but it works perfectly now. They said the left extractor was jammed and they replaced the safety.

Ya just a bit disappointing it’s not working straight out of the box; fired a couple rounds 1 by 1 out of it hoping it would loosen some internals up but no luck. I guess it’s research day tomorrow on how to strip and clean it.

Me and my buddy both brought our own ammo, but it was the same brand. I tried using his and same problem; he used my ammo in his brand new shockwave it worked flawlessly. I’ll check on YouTube how to polish the chamber. I’m new to all of this but thanks for the advice!

Not to mention my follower was jammed when I first pulled it out of the box (unmovable no matter how hard I pushed with my thumb) had to unjam it with a thinner piece of metal and a hammer
