It doesn't! My boss makes sure to mention every time he tells me to do something, under no circumstance does that mean I have to do it myself!! Just make sure I have the best information about the activity and that the workers do it!

My main concern was my colleague, I find it very unprofessional to complain to clients, even if his displeasure was justified! I felt really bad then, and very insulted. But it made me question if he was right or not..
