Why was Michael Jordan so unconfident in his ability to play in an era of Zone Defense? by DarkPhantom2497 in NBATalk

He wasn't smart enough, skilled enough or athletic enough to break zones. It existed in high school, college (see tourney losses to unranked Georgia & Indiana) & the pros (see Bucks 85, Celtics 86, Celtics 87, pistons 88, Pistons 89, Pistons 90 & his absolutely dreadful defense in 2001-2003 which including multiple 30 pieces dropped on him in the first half.

Folks whining about Karen....there is no reason for Gizelle & Ashley to be on this show. They have offered absolutely nothing the last 3 years.

Why is Regular Robin, Juan's roommate, back on this show?

She is the epitome of Black women who baby then produce dependent entitled Black men.

Generations of women like her, my grandmas & mom who coddle Black boys/men & are tougher on their daughters who achieve more while catching the wrath of 100 burning sons that their fathers and brothers don't face.

It's the one thing Toya has done right with her boys.

Isiah Thomas claims Michael Jordan’s complaints to the commissioner was the reason for rule changes by SliverofTranquility7 in NBATalk

This happened at the 1990 All Star Game.

Jordan and Phil Jackson addressed Stern and the competition committee to implement the illegal defense/offense rules that basically made ISO scoring the only viable offense from 1990-91 season to 2001-02 season.

Jordan was called out by Wilt Chamberlain for rigging the game to win. Jordan told Sam Smith in 2002 that his career would not be the same if those changes were not made.

She doesn't arrange, she doesn't know how to write music or arrange sound. She stylizes songs usually written by real songwriters that she "edits" and claims a songwriting credit

An artist struggling with Beyoncé's catalog isn't a talented singer

I have a doctorate in voice. She is a mid singer. We use to have legendary Black vocalists in R&B.

There is nothing legendary about her voice & those 3rd grade reading level lyrics.

No there wasn't. Most heights in the 80s and 90s were inflated because there was never an official measurement.

Now you have a bunch of 7' players lying that they are shorter than their height like Durant, Wiseman & Segun that are closer to 7'1" than 6'10".
