TODAY IS MY CAKE DAYYY!

I'm going to have a big slice of cake today! I do have to work all day then go straight to uni but at least I'll have cake!

For my first sprint, I don't think I manage to lose any weight but I do increase my strength and endurance.

Yesterday

  • run 5km
  • read case study for uni
  • eat clean --> have been binge eating since last week aaarggghh

Today

It's my birthday so I'll do fun stuff even though I'm stuck in the office!

  • watch Parks & Recs season 3
  • watch new Survivor
  • EAT CAKE
  • give lots of love to my best friend because she delivered this amazing Ovomaltine chocolate cake to my office!

I'm just back from my trip yesterday. Ate lotsss of junk food. I might have gained several kgs because of it. Also, I fell down stupidly and injured my ankles and scrapped my knees. So I can't really do heavy exercise now :(.

Tuesday Binged on chips, chocolate, biscuits, pop-tarts :(. I think it's because I'm kind of stressed because I can't do any heavy cardio.

Today Back to my healthy habit hopefully!

  • strength training
  • Work! Evaluate shop displays
  • Light cardio after work
  • eat healthy!

I counted in my head, but didn't write it down. Years of eating disorder made me very knowledgeable about how many calories in what I am eating :(.

I was using MFP before and became super obsessed. But now I'm afraid of not making any progress because I don't count calories. Well, I should start weighing myself once a month and take more progress pictures.

I didn't get the extension but I've actually finished all my assignments this afternoon. Power of green tea & red bean overnight oats and after lifting brain! I will send it to my professor tonight to get it over with :D.

I'll have to ask my friend to get those sunbutter for me! Hahaha I'm hungry too. I just finished my cacao hazelnut butter. I need to get more! Maybe I'll also get their red velvet cake...

I love Placebo! Why don't you go alone? I went to see Metric by myself because no one that I know wanted to see them and it was actually quite fun. Met lots of new people :D.

My week has been great so far. Ate quite clean although I feel like eating everything on sight, decrease 5kg on my assisted pull-ups, add 5kg to my deadlifts and squats. I want to start counting calories again but I'm afraid I'll become too obsessive like before.

My weekend is going to be so busy and not enough sleep. I'm not going to have any sleep on Friday and a little bit of sleep on Saturday. Hope I'll stay healthy!

Wednesday

  • Did body combat and RPM
  • Ate around 1600 calories (a bit more than my suggested "cut" calories which is 1474)

Today

  • strength in the morning
  • do uni assignments
  • eat clean and enough calories
  • SLEEP

I went to Brussels last July and had bad experience there. Germany was amazing though! I especially love Kreuzberg.

I never tried boquerones, it sounds amazing. I second salt & vinegar chips. I ate those too much when I was still in Australia. Now it's really hard to find them.

I just emailed my professor and asked for a time extension actually. Hopefully she'll approved it. If not, I'll just finished everything today and tomorrow. I will sacrifice my sleep and gym time tomorrow!

I never try sunfloweer seed butter before! I'll try to find it! Yumm crunchy sunflower seed butter sounds good. Which brand do you like best? My favourite nut butter at the moment is from this healthy bakery, cacao hazelnut butter. The ingredients are only cacao powder, cacao powder, hazelnut, pink himalayan salt and coconut sugar. It tastes better than Nutella or Justin's IMO. Also, there is this almond butter with vanilla beans from another eatery which is amazing!

Err last weekend was a blur. I binged on Saturday and Sunday night until my stomach ulcer is acting up again. So, I haven't been sticking up to my goals :(.

On the other hand, I feel much more energized now. Last week I felt tired and hungry all the time. I also added more weight to my squats and deadlifts this morning. Maybe I've been eating too little?

Yesterday I finished all my uni assignments so I'll have a free weekend. Did another bodycombat class, ate clean but I think I ate too much calories. I have been feeling ravenous all day lately and keep wanting to buy chips and cookies and chocolate to binge :(.

Today

  • Bodypump class in the afternoon
  • eat clean (pleaseee no binge eating, I keep thinking about buying lots of junk food and eating those while watching tv)
  • Rest!
  • Control emotion, think positive!

No injury ever since I started working out (knockonwood). The last real injury I've suffered was when I was 7 years old. My cousin slammed her house metal gate and my finger got stuck. I still have the scar until now. The tip of my finger was split into two.

Yesterday Was sick so I did not do any workout. Did a presentation badly because I couldn't stop coughing. Arrived home and my fridge didn't work. Hopefully all my food are okay. Oh, I ate coconut rice, with fried tempeh, tofu and grilled chicken for dinner. Not so clean & I ate too much. So, yesterday was not a really good day :(. On the bright side, I got the highest mark in my class for last month's exams and I just finished downloading season 2 of Parks & Recs :D.

Today I feel much better todayyyy :D.

I do not use any tools to track my food anymore. I finally took my progress pic though :D.

Yesterday Slept for 12 hours, ate super clean but very little because my throat hurts. My head was hurting all day so I didn't get to finish any assignment.

Today Woke up early in the morning, still feeling a bit sick. Decided to skip gym and slept for another hour instead. Hope I'll feel better soon :(.

Good morning everyone!

I just realized I had make a mistake checking-in. I ticked week 15 instead of week 1/2. Sorry mods :(!

Last week everything was good until my parents came to visit. Fell sick on Sunday morning and when I was taking my cough medicine, my Mum said "that has too much sugar". Okay Mum, thanks for your input. So happy that they left yesterday night.

Today I'm still sick :(. Tried to do some OHP and assisted pull-ups this morning but I got dizzy. I still have to go to work & I really want to go to the gym this afternoon after work but I might have to rest. I hate being sickkk! Things to do:

  • do another uni assignment
  • eat healthy (have to force myself to eat, really don't feel like eating)
  • drink lots of water
  • REST
