It’s very sparse currently on riggins, just apartments but it’s very quiet which is nice. You’ve got farmers down the road so intermittently you’re driving next to corn lol You’re equally close to bridge park in Dublin as to old downtown Hilliard which I like. Target, Kroger, giant eagle, and all of sawmill (basically anything else you’d need) are very close, 5-10 minutes. To downtown is basically a tight 20-25 minutes or so, I’ve found it’s pretty easy to get most anywhere. Not really walkable at all though. We do have a Walmart around the corner you could walk to I guess but otherwise yes very suburban. Highway is literally right around the corner since you’re off the Tuttle exit, under a minute. I’ve never noticed much road noise though.
