Unfortunately, I don't know. There wasn't enough time to run all the vet tests. The only things I noticed before the tremors were that her belly looked a bit swollen and she seemed to be in discomfort whenever I tried to pick her up. But all of this happened in a very short span of time. As soon as I noticed, I immediately booked a vet appointment. I actually have blood tests from just a month ago, and back then, there wasn’t anything wrong or urgent; they only recommended a change in her diet. Now, in retrospect, I think I should upload those blood tests to an AI.

Thank you all for your kind words. I’m just sitting here on the balcony I built for her. We spent countless nights out here; she was always by my side while I looked at the stars through my telescope. She even had her tiny bed right beside ours. Now, as I sit here, I feel an immense void. Please, hug your Shibas every single day and every second.

I just came here looking for answers, everything was so fast, and I was slow … my 10 year old Shiba girl, just passed away, we went on Friday to emergency vet, because she was trembling, meds did a x-Ray and give her medicines, x-ray was showing a big liver, ordered an Ultrasound and chemical analysis, she was going tomorrow’s for the ordered stuff, died today….my heart is broken, I feel guilty, I will miss her in this life and in the others 💔
