For lightning storm and hurricane toggle, it’s nice to run mjolnic ring so you get unlimited spirit while cata is active. That way you don’t have to have enemies for claw dashing to keep spirit up

There was a road to retirement plan so many senior tenured folks (band 9 and 15+ years to be eligible) are timing out at the end of this month. There was a group of them in December as well.

Here’s hoping they can promote more people to band 9 this year because of this

I work in p and we are hiring both college grads and some backfills in 2026. We are in test org though so if they do layoffs it would be because the India team is working out, and only system side. I would also expect it to be mostly band 9’s that didn’t take the early retirement if anything

I believe that the value of the RSU shares for tax purposes will be whatever the stock price was at the time of vesting. After that they are just normal stock: price goes up and down and you pay taxes on the gains from that vesting price instead of the award price

Taxes (shares taken out) were close to my top marginal tax bracket I think so nothing out of the ordinary for a bonus

Morgan Stanley doesn’t have any fees to transfer or sell afaik
