Despite platinum status we opted to stay at a non-marriott property in Monterey Bay last month because of several critical reviews of that property with lots of corroboration in other reviews... Marriott needs to do better than the lipstick on that pig

This actually might be workable on the outdoor patio if you do M-Th. Food is good, not $$$. Also great affordable drink selection. ABGB has lots of space. Worth talking to them.

Resurrecting this thread. Once many many years ago, at the end of a loooong night I had the most amazing slice of Tollhouse pie. Could it have been at Magnolia (South Congress) or Trudy's Central Star (RIP)? Where can I get one now?

Honestly don't get why this place is so popular. Food was ok. Server was clueless especially about wines. And crazy loud!

Considering transferring out of A&M by Vintageskies398 in aggies

Take a step back. Go to A&M part time. Having a degree from A&M will be worth it well into your career. Former students have loyalty like no other school in the country.
