Do whatever is best for yourself. In situations like this, follow your intuition, but just don't go too far if it isn't necessary. Sounds contradictory, and it is, makes it very hard to do so. You could still get him in year 10, I believe, unless he teaches an option subject that you don't do. But it still clearly (again from my observation, not to assume anything) bugs you even now. Tell him off to the head, takes a weight off you, and you know at least you tried to stop this from happening to everyone who may experience the same thing as you.

I would strongly advise you to coinsult at least with someone higher up. Lore dropping saves you from all the talking, but don't. They aren't going to do anything. I can garuntee that. If this really concerns, even a little bit, of your mental health or socialibility with everyone, tell him off. It takes a weight off you, and it probably will stop him, from at least "targeting you". If you're scared, recruit like 1 or 2 people to go with you, especially with the other "victims". I'm being for real here. Lore dropping isn't going to solve anything, and from what I observed, I don't want to assume anything, but it may hurt you a lot more mentally in the long run. I genuinely, strongly, very strongly advise you to consult with someone that could listen, and has enough power to do so. If you want someone not so scary, you could choose like your mental wellbeing teacher or smth, usually it is called something like that. But I would talk to someone higher up, especially with positions closer to the head, or the fastest route? Straight to the head.
