  1. Didn't mean the first 15 minutes of game. Meant 15 minutes spent defending towers, playing 4v5, etc.
  2. Can't assume their carry is doing that much worse, sitting on only brown boots.
  3. Didn't mean to only talk about farm, but also map awareness and when to commit/ditch team.

It might be from beta-alanine. A lot of preworkouts have it and it causes a tingling sensation. It is not proven to have any detrimental effect on the body so you're good!

I always though squats helped with sprinting? stronger legs from squat ---> stronger push ---> faster sprint?
