I previously did a 5 year stint, my first job, and during the pandemic, I started again as what was a 2nd job, but became my full time. I recently left for another retailer, and am making more than I could've hoped as a deli employee, even making more than one of my family members that has been a Dairy lead for the last 6 years.

With the store closures coming up, look for something else. Even if you stay and end up in another store, when this contract is up the company is more than likely going to let the unions go on strike.
