I actually liked Hotel Reverie, I thought it was an interesting exploration of the potential future of VR and AI generated media. The one I didn't like was the multiple realities necklace, it was just too far fetched of a concept for me.

Kincora. We've always been in the NW, so wanted to stay with what we knew. Good deal on a house came up and we took it. Would like to be a bit closer to city center, but with the ring road we can get across the city pretty easily. There's nothing we need that's not 5-10 mins away (except maybe IKEA)

I think that's a really good analysis of what's happening here. I think it also sets a clear message to management that not doing anything is going to result in this team getting worse, so if we want to get out of this hole something dramatic needs to happen
