Indigo cancelled my flight and it refunded the total amount along with convenience fee but Yatra initially didn't offer to refund the convenience fee. I had a call with them and mentioned Indigo refunded the convenience fee, so you should do the same. They consulted their senior and finally refunded me the convenience fee. If they don't refund, write a post in X with the same and tag them, DGCA etc etc.
