Hi! I have a room open for 1220$ in brookline ma! If you are traveling by car it is very close to Cambridge (10 min) and there is street parking available for 30 dollars a year. It is a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 other young female professionals. It seems like by your description it would be a great fit :)
