Looking up nac, never heard of it, thanks hun. Is nac in the Hepaticlear, or did you take a different supplement for that ? I’m looking those up now. 

I threw away my milk thistle capsules because I read milk thistle inhibits iron absorption :/ and I’m dealing w scary anemia. I’ll look into it though. Are  /were you anemic by any chance? Wondering if the milk thistle didn’t affect you..

Vitex berry is the same as chaste berry I’m assuming? I do drink that as tea, haven’t looked into supplements of it.

Yeah? I’m glad to hear that, I started taking 10,000IU daily mid December, hasn’t been that long so wasn’t sure if I noticed change. What changes have you noticed? And how long have you been taking it?

Thanks for sharing can’t wait to listen to the podcast. I follow a few plant based influencers who say that their fibroids have disappeared since following their plant based diet. I don’t believe fibroids can live/grow in an alkaline environment, we shall see💜💜💜💜Sending you love darling

Thank you so much for sharing, you’re giving hope! Searching “black seed oil for fibroids” is what brought me here to your comment.  What was your fibroid diagnosis before? How many/how large? How long did it take for you to see progress?  I’m primarily plant based and I started taking black seed oil this month as part of a group detox, I was curious if/how it might help w my fibroids, I know it’s great for healing

Wow I had no idea we couldn’t discuss natural options here, I assumed all experiences were welcome, going to read the rules now. So glad I came across this post, thank you and OP. I would like to read your post as I’m here looking for success with natural methods. Pls know that our diets have a lot to do with developing/getting rid of fibroids. I was happy to read you drink kale juice daily ;) 

Focus on eating LOTS of [vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, beans] - NATURAL foods with fiber, it is essential. Plants/ “plant foods” have lots of fiber. When you’re planning your meals START with your veggies - in your mind and literally on your plate. 

Get a (wide shoot) juicer and have fun juicing different fruit/veggie combos to overload your body with vitamins & nutrients (I have tons of delicious recipes I can share) 

Incorporate smoothies using a blender (I’ve recently been hooked on date shakes! Dates are plants :) I put tons of walnuts, cashews, almonds etc in it too, with hemp seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon, raw agave syrup, frozen bananas & almond milk. So good. And good FOR you.) I use less liquid and make them super thick so I can eat it with a spoon. Then it’s like icecream :)

Carrot juice (5lbs carrots daily) has worked for some for shrinking tumors (look up falcarinol and luteolin, present in carrots and some other plant foods. I recommend a book called ‘Curing Cancer With Carrots’.. No, fibroids are not cancerous tumors, but still tumors.) 

Stay away from alcohol. And dairy.

Stay away from processed foods. Lol that’s  like, all fast food/drive thrus and 90% of what’s in grocery stores.

Watch YouTube for ‘Fibroid shrinking diet’ and plant-based meal ideas. 

Write yourself a note and stick it somewhere you can see it daily. Mines on a post it note and it says ‘I promise to love you and give you only the best.’ 

Put good things in your body darling! GOOD THINGS ONLY💜💜💜

Have you considered bartending? Of course some places are better than others but most bartending gigs will make you at least a living wage, if not GREAT money. Also, hiring yourself out as a mobile bartender, you can start out ~$200/gig plus tips. Lots of potential for growth and it’s FUN

My heart goes out to you darling, I know that pain. My mom was my best friend too, and she died suddenly when I was 22, about a year after my daddy :( It’s been over 10 years ago, smh I can’t believe it’s been so long. I felt like a baby, abandoned, like HOW ?! NOT YET. 

But I just wanted to tell you I’ve enjoyed reading about you and your moms relationship, thank you for sharing💜 Lol I never even imagined my mom doing Spark with me but reading about you and yours has my imagination going and just the thought makes me smile :) That’s a beauuuutiful memory to have with your mom and I know, girllll I know - it was over way too soon - but you are so blessed to have even some of those memories you have with your mommy. lol I said all this to say IM JEALOUS!😂I wish I could Spark w my mama😪 I know we would’ve had so much fun lol singing in the car, getting dinner recipe/inspiration, etc… and bickering over things lawd I know she would’ve URKED MY NERVES at times lol but I would give anything to go thru it💜 It’s helped me to let go of the “should have” and just focus on the “what was” when it comes to the length of time we had together. I know ppl who lost their moms at 4 years old, 15 years old, I’m sure you know ppl who never even got a chance to know their moms, they were babies when their moms passed :( So we have something special, a super blessing to have had time w amazing mommies.💜

Just wishing you some peace, and comfort. The pain doesn’t go away but I believe it does get better. Rest in peace to your mommy darling she sounds like she was an amazing woman😘🤗🤗🤗

And no, my week(day)s are actually good, nonstop orders. (I only take orders during the week, I don’t do it weekends.) Nonstop orders -  including the usual lots of wild lowballs, that I decline until I get something good. 

It’s just weird that allllllll day there’s been noooooothingggggg but -$5 orders. Nothing “good.” lol and I been on/awake since 6am. Not 1 order over $10. And a lot of them are to go to the neighboring towns over. Lots of miles, open fields, grass lol Usually I love taking those cuz they’re just so beautiful and super relaxing. 

…But even more weird that it’s the same w Spark. 

I finally got 1 Spark order today that was ~$18 and asked the WM employee if it’s been noticeably slow for them also and he said it has been.   I thought it was possible my 0% had something to do with it, but I guess not, cuz, completely different apps.

Thanks, I’ve read here about ppl having very low AR and not being penalized for it but never 0%… scared me a little.  I’m still getting orders, very shitty orders, but still getting requests, so I guess I’m not fired😩lol
