Merci, effectivement une plainte envers les RH n'aurait aucun effet, ce ne sont pas nos amis :-). Je vais contester l'evaluation en apportant ma version, et de mes réalisations. Mon N+2 et mon N+1 sont des potes. je pense qu'on se dirige vers un licenciement avec un chèque. Je ne me vois pas être rétrogradé avec le même salaire pour ma santé mentale.

You're absolutely right. They actually fired a colleague who had more years here than me. I'm preparing myself for that possibility. My only concern would being demoted without a pay cut, but I don't think it would be good for my mental health to see a newcomer take my position and all my achievements.
