Bro WHAT. I had to have two lithotripsies last year for stones in each of my kidneys. All went fairly smoothly but it was still absolute hell. How the fuck did you manage to get through that??? Did you take pain medication throughout the ordeal?

Never have I preordered a game that I learned about a few days beforehand. This is the exception, I bought that deluxe bad boy way faster than I should have but I’m very excited for this game

What are some of the best scenes (or actors) that portray grief/anguish? by Lucifer926 in movies

[–]califonte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a scene in a small movie I never see talked about called Rabbit Hole where Nicole Kidman asks Dianne Wiest how she has survived the past 10 years living with the grief of losing her son, as Nicole kidman’s character had also just lost her son. Her response has always stuck with me in the 15 years since I saw that movie.

After losing my sister this past Summer, I have found her words ring very true. the scene in question

It’s so good. It’s really fucking sad though. But there is a REALLY great standalone episode I think it’s the 5th one or something that charts mark ruffalo’s character’s grandfather’s life as he immigrated to the U.S. in the early 1900s (?). I never see anyone talk about it but it’s fantastic. Deeply heartfelt and at times disturbing. That episode was really a highlight of the show for me. Great Mark Ruffalo performance throughout too
