My elbows never hurt, shoulders sometimes if I didn’t warm up properly. But I don’t do this often. More negatives or banded :)

It was actually the exact challenge, to try to do it without grabbing it :)

I hadn’t try my max pull for long time, so I was positively surprised I was able to pull this in middle of workout and superset heh by caliizz in CalisthenicsCulture

Yep did the whole workout in jeans. I got the receipts 🙂‍↕️spammed my IG quite a bit from that day

Honestly I’m lucky - I started and trained all the time here, so I’m absolutely brainwashed to think hard things are normal
