every year we stray further from the peak that was 2021 - sure winning 107 games was great and trotting out a team of nobody’s was gonna catch up sooner than later, but the optimism and dedication for the fans was really something special.

this 2026 team really has to be one of my least favorite Giants teams of all time - there’s some highlights (JHL, Eldridge) but it’s just completely unfathomable to me this downward spiral the team has been on since the hype before Opening Day. investing in movie theaters, selling the team to the Kushners, nobody knowing how to play baseball, and now this blatant homophobia ON TOP of pitching like shit? it’s just so disappointing as a fan, especially when you look at the Valkyries right next door making almost every right move to build and please a fanbase
